  If reception let you see the doctors, Dr Fogarty is amazing. (Yes, we have been to this practice many times, as we live locally. However reception has been the same since the first day they opened)

  Avoid this place like the plaque! Dr James Robertson misdiagnosed a KIDNEY infection with a flu although there was no sign of a flu. I gave all my symptoms like shiver( uncommon), high fever for 3 consecutive days, nausea, no appetite, back and abdomen ache ( mentioned that it was unusual) but he disregarded it. He concluded that it was the viral flu and my back ache was due to fever. I disputed his diagnosis of a flu because I'm a 31 female, I would know if I have a damn flu so I requested for a urine test. The doctor even sneered that if it made me feel better, to go ahead with the urine test. He didn't even want a follow-up consultation.

  Great doctors...but extremely rude and dismissive receptionists. Turned away my 18 month old daughter who was obviously very ill saying that they are fully booked. There was not 1 single patient in the waiting room. Would not allow us to sit and wait for anyone. My daughter started played with the toys, and she asked me to stop her from touching the toys if she is sick as other children will get sick. I'm thinking that most of the children that are at a doctors clinic playing with toys are sick already. It's a shame that we did not fit the profile of patients that they are looking for.

  Great to now have the friendly and professional people of Bondi Doctors now in Double Bay closer to home. Just as good as their original practice.

  Waited over 20 minutes despite having an appointment. Doctor had no interest in treatment or comprehensive diagnosis. Printed off a page off the web and tried to get me out the door within 5 minutes. Wasn't interested in answering questions, and essentially told me nothing I didn't know before walking in the door.

  This review is a red flag to everyone especially children who are not able to speak for themselves. I could have died if I believed in Dr James Robertson.

  When all my symptoms got worse, I went to another practice and the doctor there literally saved my life. I gave him all my symptoms and he suspected a kidney infection. I mentioned that I've done a urine test so he called the Double Bay Doctors clinic to ask for the results. Indeed, I had bacteria in my urine.

  I received fantastic and attentive healthcare from Dr Stromer, who is very patient and holistic in her approach. Would highly recommend this amazing service.
