    I've been getting my hair cut by the same guy for more than 16 years. When he set up here, there was no way I wasn't going to follow him. While I continue to get a great cut every time I see Pier, the reception, service and products at this new salon are all 1st class. Helen actively seeks ways to fit clients in when cancellations occur. If you're tired of your old hairdresser, you'll find lots to like at Scarps Hair.
