  A disaster for me. Two days before going on holiday I went to Andrea Connelly for the first time. Started with blonde highlights looking for my roots to be tidied up and my hair to be made a little lighter. Came out $300 lighter with bright white hair and orange streaks where the regrowth was. Went back in tears the next morning. No refund or apology offered. A semi permanent dark brown colour was applied to my hair. I was too untrusting and distraught to demand that it be corrected properly and I did not trust them to consider the condition of my hair. Have since tried to have the hair corrected back to blonde at other hairdressers but, it is not the same after two attempts and is now in terrible condition.

  I always get the best service and a great haircut at Andrea Connolly. The staff are wonderful, skilled, friendly and very helpful. I've been going there for several years and couldn't be more pleased with the results. They're the nicest people and really care about each customer.
